This is one of the most important days of your life and one that can also bring a lot of stress and sleepless nights.  In some cases, it takes over 200 hours to plan that one special day. Having a wedding planner used to be only for the rich and famous.  It's your wedding day and you deserve some special treatment.

Example of some decisions you need to make;

• What sort of wedding do you want – inside or out, a small intimate beach wedding or a large marquee wedding out in the middle of nowhere

• What is going to be the best time of year for the wedding you want – Do you have a plan B if the weather forecasters get it wrong again?

• What does the venue offer – do I need extra furniture/linen/portaloos

• Do I want a theme/particular colours?

• Do I want a plated or buffet dinner?

• Who is on my guest list, does anyone have any special requirements?

 

As you are getting ready with all your loved ones, probably sipping on a beverage of some sort, you won’t need to worry about whether the cake is here yet. Is someone organising parking? Did Uncle Bruce and Aunty Judy pick up the buttonholes?
